Editing
I received an email from my old friend, Mark, yesterday noting that I had added a “not” into a sentence where it didn’t belong. I appreciate him pointing it out because it did change the meaning. Hopefully, if you saw it you realized it was an error on my part. I was rereading today’s devotional and caught another error. It is in the way I quoted the Scripture. Again, I hope you see it and realize it was just an error in my typing.
Usually, I write these devotionals in the morning before I head out for work, and I do my best to edit for these kind of mistakes. I hate it when I miss one. I’ll try to do better. You deserve better. Forgive me when I fall short. I do all the writing and editing and publishing on Substack by myself and my time is limited. Nevertheless, I want the devotionals to bless and for you not to be distracted by trying to figure out what I meant.
Thank you for pointing these things out when you see them. It helps me. It really does. And I really do appreciate it. It means you’re reading carefully, and it pushes me to write better.
Blessings,
Steve

Thx Steve! It’s good to know you’re human just like the rest of us 🤪
