Fire...Ready...Aim
Scripture Reading: 1 Timothy 1:5
The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
It’s always wise to begin with a clear goal. Too often, in church and life, we forget to ask, “Why?” Many of our routines and programs started with good intentions, but over time, the purpose was forgotten. We end up maintaining them out of habit, rather than with a purpose in mind. Paul, however, knew his aim: love.
When we skip the aim and rush into action, we’re like someone calling out, “Fire, Ready, Aim!” This week, take a moment to ask yourself: Why am I doing this? Let love and purpose guide each step you take.

Thanks for the life lesson!
