Getting Ready to Leave
Last week I got a new phone. It’s not really new but new to me. It’s refurbished from Apple. My old one was going out. Thankfully, we had insurance on it. That’s not normally something I do but I’m hard on cell phones and it seemed wise. Turns out it was and the insurance thing actually came through without much trouble.
I’ve avoided doing it for a while because the thought of transferring all my data over seemed daunting. It wasn’t but I believed it works be so I procrastinated.
The reason I finally took care I of it was this upcoming trip. I didn’t want to be out of the country when my old phone died. There’s too much travel info on it. So, that idea of leaving home for a distant land forced me to take care of business.
Maybe I should approach all things that way. What I mean is, I will be leaving here soon for a distant land. I should probably act like it and do the things I need to do here so when I go there I’ve got no unfinished business left behind.

A great encouraging and motivating thought! Thanks!
