Half Way
Because of the nature of things, I’m having difficulty remembering what I’ve already reported about our ministry here in Tamatave. So, if I repeat some detail, I apologize.
We stay busy. Early morning, this moment while I’m writing this is my quiet time. Monica is in the room getting ready. I’m at the hotel restaurant. It’s not open but the tables are available outside where I can read, go over my teaching notes, and pray while listening to the waves rhythmically crash against the sandy beach shores.
It is pleasant, mildly cool here now. Summer is coming and it will be hot, really hot, but right now it’s nice.
Yesterday, we tackled more difficult topics like God’s immutability, and the person and work of the Holy Spirit. The pastors had a lot of challenging questions. That’s good.
Today we continue. I will be teaching on God is love and full of grace. That should be easier. The jealousy of God comes later in the day. A harder topic to grasp.
Thank you for praying for us. Derrick, Amber, Monica, Mark, Aimee, the pastors here, and I all appreciate it. It matters and God works through your intercession.
