Look Up
Scripture Reading: Psalm 8:3-4
"When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?"
Look up at the night sky—God’s masterpiece stretched across the heavens. The vastness of the stars, the silence of the moon, all remind us of how small we are in the grand design. And yet, God, who created all this, is mindful of us. The psalmist’s question captures the wonder: “What is man that you are mindful of him?”
This realization is humbling, but it’s also a reminder of our dignity and worth in God’s eyes. The Creator of the universe values us so deeply that He sent His Son to redeem us. So, whenever you look up, remember that you are cherished by the One who set the stars in place. Let that truth fill you with gratitude and a shout of praise
