Job 16:19 NASB2020

[19] โ€œEven now, behold, my witness is in Heaven, And my advocate is on high.

ESV and NASB are my favorite translations. Job is one of my favorite books and one that I have leaved into many times. There is so much to glean from this poetic masterpiece.

I have been reading the ESV for a few years. Lately I have gone back to the NKJV. No reason other than just a change up for a while. And I agree that the NASB is good as well.

I'd say for me it's the vocabulary word chosen in each translation that intrigues me, and what each word selected conveys. I need help with words, so digging deeper to a different version is satisfying.
